We are seeking a high-energy customer service representative to join our San Jose team. Shift hours are Monday through Friday – day shift.
Areas of Responsibility Include:

Timely and accurate processing of orders
-
Efficient response to customer inquiries via phone, email and on-site
-
Inside sales
-
Inventory tracking
-
Shipping and receiving
Essential Qualifications include:
-
Minimum of one year of customer service experience with a proven track record of successfully servicing and problem solving for customer accounts

Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Experience in the construction or manufacturing supply industry is helpful

Ability to function effectively as part of a team as well as independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Quick learner and able to retain knowledge

Intermediate computer experience and skills including proficiency with MS Office

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of customer product on a regular basis and 100 pounds on an occasional basis
