We are seeking a high-energy customer service representative to join our San Jose team. Shift hours are Monday through Friday – day shift.

Areas of Responsibility Include:

• Timely and accurate processing of orders

• Efficient response to customer inquiries via phone, email and on-site

• Inside sales

• Inventory tracking

• Shipping and receiving

   

  Essential Qualifications include:

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience with a proven track record of successfully servicing and problem solving for customer accounts

• Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills and attention to detail

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in the construction or manufacturing supply industry is helpful

• Ability to function effectively as part of a team as well as independently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Quick learner and able to retain knowledge

• Intermediate computer experience and skills including proficiency with MS Office

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of customer product on a regular basis and 100 pounds on an occasional basis
