What you can look forward to accomplishing:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of BPS General Sales to encompass:
    • Meeting planning and coordination
    • Travel arrangements (both domestic and international)
    • Expense reporting
    • Obtaining work visas as needed
    • Compose correspondence
  • Liaise with internal and external customers at all levels throughout the organization including Sartorius Executive Members in a professional, customer focused manner
  • Cultivate positive working relationships
  • Work on cross organization and administrative projects as required
  • Exercise discretion in handling/maintaining confidential information
  • Support planning and coordination of key reporting activities
  • Act as a key participant on a variety of projects in support of BPS sales
  • Act as division administrator and participate at senior staff member events (taking and disseminating meeting minutes)
  • Meeting planning for sales meetings, events and planning sessions (including venue, accommodations, travel, meals, etc.)
  • Compile PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, tradeshows, conferences and management presentations
  • Develop and maintain reports as directed
  • Track and maintain key regional sales metrics
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Head of BPS General Sales and management team in support of projects and meetings

Skills and experience that you need to bring to our company:

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • College or business school degree
  • 3+ years of experience in providing comprehensive administrative support; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (with ability to compile reports)
  • Strong identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and other business efficiency tool
  • Experience working with C-suite/senior managers is preferred
  • Experience with Concur (Or other travel Platforms) and/or SAP is desirable
  • Experience with a CRM is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, detail oriented with strong follow up
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines
  • High degree of professionalism to positively represent the organization
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
