What we will offer you:
- A rate of pay between $25 to $40 per hour - - commensurate with experience
- $5,000 sign on bonus

Main responsibilities include:
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment by having a regular review of equipment/machinery to keep in top performance.
- Use problem-solving skills to diagnose, repair, test and make adjustments to keep machinery running.
- Support operations with equipment troubleshooting, setup and reconfiguration to maximize run efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Service and maintain company facility and grounds
What we are looking for:
- High school graduate or GED with completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent
- 4+ years manufacturing experience
- Strong electrical, mechanical, HVAC and industrial skills
- Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
- Strong work ethic
