As a member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line while adhering to strict food safety and hygiene protocols. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, and very cold, production setting.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- **Quality Control:** Carefully hand-sort product to ensure it meets our quality standards and check for any defects.

- **Packaging:** Operate bag-filled cup filling machines to deposit products into sealed pouches, ensuring precise measurements.

- **Production Line Support:** Assist in transferring finished pouches to cooking racks and moving unfinished product from tubs to belts.

- **Packaging and Labeling:** Safely package cooked products into trays, boxes, and tubs, ensuring correct labeling and adherence to weight and temperature requirements.

- **Recipe Execution:** Follow company recipes to combine ingredients and cook soups, maintaining consistency and high-quality output.

**Job Requirements:**

- **Physical Abilities:** Ability to work in a cold/wet environment and lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.

- **Effective Communication:** Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Working Hours:**

- 1st shift positions: Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. Start times at 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM.

- 2nd shift positions: Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. Start time at 1:30 PM.
