Key Responsibilities:

• * Craft and implement maintenance strategies that embrace industry best practices and technological advancements.
• * Through proactive maintenance and staff training, ensure stringent compliance with all relevant regulations, including FDA, USDA, SQF, and OSHA.
• * Effectively manage maintenance costs, focusing on preventive measures to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• * Work closely with various teams to support the overarching goals of production quality, standards, and safety.

We're Seeking:

• Expertise Required: Strong mechanical aptitude with formal training in electrical, welding, electronics, plumbing, and HVAC. A broad knowledge of these technical disciplines is essential.
• Experience: At least three years in plant maintenance supervision, preferably within the food industry.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in conversational English.
• Math Skills: Capable of applying basic math to PLC programming and data analysis in Excel.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially with PLCs, and proficient in using MS Office for data analysis and maintenance optimization.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work in various temperatures, stand for long durations, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Work Environment: Preparedness to work in diverse industrial settings, facing indoor and outdoor conditions that range from hot to cold and other challenges.
