JOB OVERVIEW

The IAM System Analyst assists in the on-boarding and off-boarding processes of all system users, setting up employee’s access control to various applications and shared network resources. User Administration: Establish and maintain the Active Directory and EntraID structure to ensure the proper and efficient use of the available computing resources. Enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management. Collaborating with the Global Risk Management and Compliance team to assist with audits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply advanced Identity Access Management concepts, processes, practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Provide support in the event of Disaster, Emergency, Travel, or work from home which requires associates to access to the network and support the business in a time of need.
  • Provide immediate provisioning support to the business for instances deemed high priority, while following designed workflow process to ensure proper procedures are followed for Compliance and Auditing purposes.
  • While performing the duties of this position, the employees will view, have access to, and work with confidential data. The employee in this position must adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedure.
  • Administer User Accounts and Access Privileges:
  • User Administration: Establish and maintain the Active Directory and EntraID.
  • Manage user accounts and access privileges in the organization’s identity management system.
  • Provisions accounts based on a policy of least access privilege granting access based on department and position.
  • Adhere to documented RBAC permissions standards and updates documented standards as requirements change.
  • Granting or denying access to company resources based on user roles and privileges.
  • Adheres to stringent de-provisioning process for disabling access.
  • Enforcing company policies and procedures related to identity and access management.
  • Day-to-Day Administration of IAM System.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues.
    • Creating and managing user classes and roles in the identity and access management system.
    • Identifying and addressing identity and access management issues.
    • Collaborating with the IAM team to resolve problems.
  • Participate in IAM Projects and Initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements.
    • Maintain documentation for the IAM program.
    • Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
    • Participate in the evaluation and development of security policies and procedures pertaining to access management.
  • Training and System Maintenance:
  • Provide training to new users on the IAM system.
  • Update and maintain the IAM system according to changes in the organization’s business needs.
  • Staying up to date with identity and access management best practices.
  • Update process documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory, client and, corporate requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Global Risk Management and Compliance team to assist with audits.
  • Interface with Internal Audit and Security teams as it pertains to the effectiveness of IT security control environment.
  • Assists with the resolution of audit findings related to user account management.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

A relevant degree such as Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Two years Identity and Access Management experience
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is desired but not required.
  • Experience managing users and groups in Active Directory
  • Experience managing users and groups in Azure Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Experience with Salesforce Service desk is desired but not required.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge in technologies like Active Directory, SAML, LDAP, XML, HTTP, JSON, OAuth, and Kerberos.
  • Experience in risk management and IT security concepts.
  • Industry knowledge of Identity and Access Management strategies.
  • Capacity to identify and solve complex issues and automate recurring processes.
  • Must be able to multi-task while maintaining organizational skills.
