Manager of Marketing Technology and Analytics
Description: The Manager of Marketing Technology and Analytics will be responsible for strategic design and implementation of online and electronic marketing initiatives that support business development goals and projects. The manager will maintain the firm’s website, micro-sites and intranet, blogs. The manager will support e-mail, video, webinar and other electronic media delivery tools. The manager will also provide actionable insights for digital campaigns via web analytics dashboards.
Support, maintain, measure and evaluate all digital marketing content platforms including: email marketing (Constant Contact), social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook), website and CMS
management (WordPress, Drupal)
Working with the business development team on discovering, defining, designing, developing and deploying marketing technology initiatives.
Develop comprehensive digital strategies that leverage owned, earned and paid media.
Lead organic search (SEO) and paid search/display ads (CPC/CPM) efforts.Work closely with the creative team to develop solutions for the electronic and online marketing and business development vehicles.
Support the creative team for major initiatives to lend ideas in style and execution via the web.
Work closely with members of IT and the business development team to create solutions for internal communications and client support.
Use Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to track trends, develop reports and recommend improvements for web and digital efforts.
Keep current on industry changes. Advise marketing team on impactful news and emerging trends with new advances and trends in marketing technology.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
Solid understanding of professional services marketing in a B2B arena
Proficiency in Adobe creative suite, including Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator
Knowledge of 3D animation and motion graphics.
Proficiency in web analytics.
Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
