Position Summary:
Assists producers, and Account Executives in increasing, retaining, and maintaining accounts
Essential Job Functions:
Assists clients with cancellations, telephone inquiries, mail requests and other services as
neededOrder policies and request endorsements from the company as required
Provides solutions and resolves issues for clients in a timely and effective manner
Order renewal, expiration lists as needed and review lists to determine appropriate actions
Type proposals for producers to give to clients and maintain client files
Enter client information into agency management system
Gathers data for proposals and applications, reconciles and verifies policy information to
ensure information is accurate on application
Work with clients to assist in claim problems process endorsements and proof of coverage,
including certificates of insurance
Skills/Experience/Training:
Education – High school diploma or GED.
Certification – 220 or 440 Required
Experience – 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work well with others
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Agency Management Systems
Physical – Ability to lift 25 lbs; ability to perform repetitive hand movements such as those required for computer work, and
other physical abilities to perform the job responsibilities as detailed above.
Other – Travel and overtime may be required to fulfill the requirements of this position.
