Vista Innovative Services, LLC is seeking a Product Manager to add to our Enterprise Analytics and Systems Support Services (EASSS) team in support of Human Resources Command (HRC) Enterprise Modernization Directorate (EMoD).

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead one or more multi-disciplinary agile teams to deliver excellent application modifications
  • Manages, plans, and coordinates the development of enhancements of HRC systems and applications based on short-term and long-term needs.
  • Determines reasonable roadmaps and deadlines for application enhancements considering priority, customer needs, financial limitations, staffing requirements and availability of resources
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
  • Translate strategy into detailed requirements for development by software engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development team to coordinate development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company across primary market segments.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in project manager role or similar.
  • Secret Clearance
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
