Logistics Analyst

TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking Logistics Analysts who will contribute to the implementation of logistics software. Candidate will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and
creating new content for the unit’s communication sites. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Understand the goals of the Logistics Programs
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of services provided and standard operating procedures
• Participate in the assessment of multiple programs and their requirements and document results properly
• Deliver quality SharePoint solutions using leading edge patterns and practices with teams
• Responsible for the design of, architecture, development, deployment, operations, administration of key SharePoint infrastructure and business solutions
• Develop and/or maintain interfaces in SharePoint and other programs
• Perform monitoring, support and debugging in test and production environment
• Identify and resolve problems
• Work with team members to understand requirements and make the appropriate recommendations
• Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships
• Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements
• Provide professional consulting services on major enterprise initiatives utilizing Microsoft SharePoint and other software
• Employ technical and planning skills by participating in large projects while seeking to improve
• your abilities to think creatively, design solutions, and interact with others
• Answer customer and client inquiries
• Perform additional tasks as required by superiors

Qualifications

• Experience in SharePoint 2013 Development
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing applications and automated workflow
• Experience in analyzing and visualizing data in context of an app and automated workflow
• Knowledge in problem & incident management and fundamental technical system troublehooting abilities
• Experience in monitoring and operating a SharePoint interfaced platform
• Motivated personality and ability to work in self-organized teams
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Answer customer and client inquiries
• Perform additional tasks as required by superiors
• 2+ years prior experience working in related field.
• Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Reliable and diligent worker
