Digital Engagement - Developer Salesforce
Acts as the primary system developer and administrator and primary contact for organization staff for the Salesforce platform and will work closely with entity leaders and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy effective messaging to members. Actively participates on a cross-functional team which delivers relevant messaging in a consistent and compliant way to approximately 400,000 ABA members and 600,000+ customers of the ABA.
Responsible for technical design, development, testing and implementation of customizations, applications, extensions and integration of email automation for the ABA and its entities.
Actively remains current with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Leads ongoing deployment of email automation as well as Social Studio.
Works with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.
Accountable for regular internal system audits and prepares for upgrades.
Works closely with entity leaders and subject matter experts to provide relevant content to audience segments based on identified preferences via the email system.
Collaborates inter-departmentally to identify entity business needs and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce.
Assists in developing new email strategies and socializing strategies throughout the organization.
Serves as primary contact with IT, marketing and other necessary business units.
Assists in the development and ongoing maintenance of a robust preference center for members.
Oversees the management of user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks as performed by a Salesforce administrator.
Performs other related duties as required.
Basic Qualifications & Interests (BQIs)
Possession of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Possession of a knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboard, etc.
At least three years’ experience with HTML, ampSCRIPT, SalesforceMarketing Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)
Possession of a Salesforce Certification. At least three years’ experience with Adobe Analytics or similar analytics system. Experience working in a complex organization; Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
