Manager, Facilities Management
Responsible for leading the team that maintains and upgrades Shentel office facilities, purchases and maintains fleet vehicles, and manages Shentel’s safety and security program.
a. Education: Bachelor's degree in related field is required or other candidates with 10 or more years of relevant experience will be considered.
b. Experience Level: i. 10 or more years of experience in facilities management, project/program management, construction, engineering, or operations. ii. 5 or more years of management experience required.
a. Ability to make purchasing decisions within a competitive bidding environment, including negotiating the best price and delivery solutions.
b. Detail-orientated and strong organizational skills.
c. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
d. Customer-focused attitude.
e. Strong inter-departmental communication skills.
