Friendship is looking for passionate Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Richfield Assisted Living team who want to make a difference in the lives of others. Our LPNs provide the highest quality of care and excellent customer service!

We are hiring for The Oaks Assisted Living Facility located in Salem, VA.  

Full-Time LPN Sign On Bonus - Upon hire you are eligible for $7,500 paid out in equal installments beginning our your first paycheck continuing every paycheck until you have reached 18 months of employment.

Shifts Available:

• Monday through Friday - 8 hour shift: 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

• Must be a licensed LPN in the state of VA or eligible to sit for boards in the state of VA.
• BLS preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents including preparing and administering medications
• Prepare and complete electronic documentation
• Coordinate and monitor medical services for residents
• Be an integral part of the Nursing Team, making a difference in accordance with each resident’s plan of care
