Friendship is looking a Full Time Dietary Supervisor / PM Shift to join our Richfield Health and Rehab team in Salem, VA. Our team provides the highest quality of care and excellent customer service! Working with their team and with other departments, you will utilize your knowledge, food service and supervisory skills.  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Serve Safe Certification preferred
• One year food service/production experience required; two years preferred
• Supervisor experience required

Responsibilities:

• Plans daily work assignments for all staff
• Oversees food production and compliance with instructions
• Ensures that resident’s dietary needs are met
• Monitor dish room activity and cleaning assignments
• Understands and uses forecasting, work production and communication sheets
